Really good with a refreshing twist

We have enjoyed the Spanish sardines very much indeed. The fish have a good, mild favor with a firm consistency to the flesh. And I especially like the lemon & sunflower oil elements; they give an overall refreshing and mildly nutlike effect. Very nice!
