Shaped over a heated mold, she then accents with a periwinkle band and a colorful silk poppy nosegay. Handcrafted exclusively for Uno Alla Volta, from the hearts and hands of artisans. Approx. 22.5'' inner circumference.

Meet The Artisan - Carole

In her quaint workshop, tucked in between the winding village streets in New York’s Hudson River Valley, Carole, our milliner, designs each of our show-stopping hats. Following her creative combinations of shape, color, and texture, her team of highly skilled, specialized artisans handcraft each hat, uno alla volta. First, each base is formed on a heated mold, trimmed, and hemmed, before cooling and it is sent off to the decorating team for a final touch of old-world, artisanal magic.

Adjustable Ribbon Inside Hat Band

I love hats! I was reluctant to order this hat before it went on sale because my head is small. A 22 inch hat is too big. I took a chance thinking it would not blow off my head because it is a cloche.
There is an adjustable ribbon inside the band of the hat! A wonderful suprise!This needs to be included in description of of all Carol's GORGEOUS hats
