One of the very first artisans to join the Uno Alla Volta family back at our inception in 2002, Giulio keeps the lampworking traditions of Venice alive. He was taught these ancient artisanal skills by his nonna, or grandmother, and sometimes creates pieces with beads she handcrafted decades ago, celebrating her life and legacy in all he does.

I have had--and loved--the matching earrings for a while and finally treated myself to this piece. SO glad I did! It is stunning! The glass beads are quite special and the necklace has a lovely weight to it. Plus, I love the story behind how it was made.
