Artisan and glass master Luke of Massachusetts skillfully shapes this unique heart with vivid, hand-blown glass. A molten gather of glass is taken from the furnace onto a pipe. The glassblower adds color and reheats. Another layer of clear glass is applied. The glassblower then carefully shapes the glass into a heart and adds a loop. The heart is then placed into an annealer to gradually cool down overnight. He crafts a glass loop so this unique piece can be hung in a window, on a wall, or as a paperweight. Approx. 5'' x 6''.
