I loved the look of these tea light holders and bought 4 for family and friends’ Christmas presents. They ARE gorgeous. They are also super fragile, thin glass tea light holders. I was a bit shocked at how each holder came in individual thin boxes, about the size of the holder, and without any padding or protection. The 4 boxes were packed in a large box with lots of air bubble packing and paper, and were all intact at delivery. My concern is that l was shipping 2 of these tea light holders to others. I packed them with bubble wrap and paper in a box several times larger than the tea light holder, but l’ve still been worrying that they could easily break in shipment. One has been delivered safely in tact. I’m waiting to hear about the other one. Fortunately, the other 2 will be hand delivered, so they should be fine. I highly recommend that the artisan use a sturdier, larger, styrofoam individual box for each realign holder as well as a larger well-padded box for shipping.
