In the Polish village of Boleslawiec, Weronika and Jacek form each collectible stoneware plate from local clay, and meticulously adorn each using traditional folk art methods. Our delightful motifs are stamped on one at a time with carved sponges, and details are added with fine brushwork. To preserve these detailed images, our artisans glaze each plate and fire it at high temperatures to bring you an everlasting beauty you will want to display for years to come. Carved sponges are used to apply the larger motifs to this large mug before fine brushwork accents each detail. A witch casts spells over her bubbling cauldron. She is surrounded by spooky skeletons, hanging bats, creepy cobwebs, black cats in witch hats, and more, with colorful and detailed borders.
