At her Garment District loft in NYC, Elizabeth models the design for this kimono after an original watercolor painting. She then sends the pink and yellow design off to her master artisans in India, who transfer it onto a canvas of polyester chiffon and adorn it with metallic gold. Hand wash cold and dry flat. One size fits most. Approx. 36'' x 40''.

Meet The Artisan - Elizabeth

Trained as a painter and printmaker, Elizabeth designed her first scarf after being unable to find a replacement for a lost favorite. Today, eighteen years later, the sights and sounds of New York City inspire her colorful creations. After designing each scarf and kimono in her New York City loft, she collaborates with master artisans in Delhi, India, who create each one from high quality fabrics, one at a time.
