In the Polish city of Boleslawiec - which is known for its ceramic arts - Weronika and Jacek take to their workshop to handcraft Polish pottery according to centuries-old traditions. Each piece is shaped from native clay and adorned with colorful motifs using carved sponges and fine brushwork before being glazed and fired at high temperatures for enormous durability.
I bought this to celebrate the Autumn season, as it was a lighter color on the rim from my other Halloween Bubble mug (navy on the rim). Just a small way to celebrate the season, as I am now in FL (where there are only 2 seasons) and this reminds me of home...

Worth waiting for
I bought the first edition of Halloween Polish Pottery mug in 2016 (I believe) and they have been my favorite mugs. Each year thereafter I wanted to add to my collection but the design changed drastically. This year's edition is the most similar to the original- whimsical and fun, not too busy or repetitive, heavy on the black and orange. I bought a bunch and we are already using them in mid-August and will add more pieces this season when I can. They make me so happy! I also want to note that the 11 oz is the perfect size for me to handle and it's hard to find!
